Unconstitutional Federal Government Agencies (Partial Listing)

Reject Unconstitutional Federal Government AgenciesGiven our current United States government is nearing $20 trillion in debt, and is going into debt at an average of $2 million per minute. I think it would behoove us to look into their current expenses to see what they could try to do without.

The following list is a partial compilation of various federal government agencies that have developed over the past 200 years and continue to stay with us. Since I’m not running for public office, I can advocate for the elimination of these offices and agencies. When reading down through the list, think of all the heads and sub-heads of each earning hundreds of thousands of dollars per year plus a lucrative benefits package, plus all the staff that has to be paid as well—all out of taxes that are collected at the barrel of a police officer’s gun. Then, think of all the people in the U.S. who have become accustomed to receiving some form of benefit or another from these agencies and you will soon see why it is political suicide for any politician to ever advocate for scaling down or cutting back any, or all, of these expenses.

The only criteria I have used to compile this list (which is from the U.S. Government Manual) is if the agency, corporation or administration is not specifically authorized to exist by the U.S. Constitution which is still the Supreme Law of the Land.

Now, considering the debt load of the following agencies and administrations, is it any wonder we are $20 trillion in debt? Absent a U.S. Congress who is willing to eliminate these untenable costs, is there any hope of us reigning in uncontrollable spending?

  1. Is President Trump going thru all of these offices and see how many we can get rid of. I am also sure each one has another 100 or so sub positions.

    • No, we have to get involved and start making local changes. It is not only our right, it is our duty. If you are not a member of your States de jure assembly please email me and I will help you find yours. wearetheONEwevebeenwaitingFor@protonmail.com we are actually effecting real change at the local level by educating people on what their rights are and teaching them what our fouing fathers laid out for as remedies to these very problems. They foresaw all of this, and knew better then anyone how corrupt and tyrannical governments could become because that’s how they founded America. In rebellion against their own tyranny. We have remedy and solutions for all this, most people dont know though bc these things have, by design been scrubbed from our educations. Anyway, hope to hear from you. We need more people to join to help the movement.

  2. Really you put the VA what a dumbass the veterans deserve what they get they have earned it how is it unconstitutional to take care of the people who fought to protect it.

    • It’s what you arent being told that the VA is doing that is unconstitutional. No one is suggesting that veterans dont deserve compensation actually they should be treated much better then they are and the Va is part of the reason that they are not. You have to understand that it is absolutely by design that these places on the surface appear to be doing good things. I promise you any amount of research into the reality of what’s happening inside them will horrify you. They should be shut down, yesterday! Its absolutely shameful and diabolical what these places are doing to our people and people need to wake up to the insidious corruption woven into these illusions of good. We need real support for our people. You do realize that homelessness, poverty, and drug addiction, hunger, etc could be solved overnight, they dont want it solved. Keeping us enslaved is what keeps then where they are at. Do you realize how much supposed money has been thrown at those problems only for them not only to ever be fixed but instead made worse! You never ask yourself why that is? They are all criminal enterprises that engage in horrifying crimes and actively money launder our hard earned tax dollars.

  3. Almost the entire US government and the majority of its laws and departments are unnecessary, unconstitutional, and abusive. The US Constitution is a protected document in a vault in DC, but it is despised and not followed. Too bad this country has its foundation resting upon tyranny instead of the US Constitution and Bill of Rights. By the way, it is pretty easy to detect a bad law. Besides checking it against the US Constitution, a quick check is how many pages is the bill. If it is more than a handful of pages, it is a bad bill or law.

The secret that made this country great was the twin principles of republicanism and Protestantism. A country free from the tyranny of kingly rule and from the arrogant claims of popery. Civil and religious liberty.

When our nation in its legislative councils, shall enact laws to bind the consciences of men in regard to their religious privileges, enforcing Sunday observance, and bringing oppressive power to bear against those who keep the seventh-day Sabbath, the law of God will, to all intents and purposes, be made void in our land; and national apostasy will be followed by national ruin.

  4. How did the FBI escape this list?

  5. You are correct however the States can handle Our Vets when the States stop doing the bidding of the Unconstitutional federal agencies. Our State govts are so ignorant of proper Federalism that they enhance the problem. Mayors and Sheriff also have a responsibility to get involved. Every elected official takes the Oath. They are supposed to be the watchman not the imbecile. The States and County govts are the answer. Let’s educate ourselves and then run for office.
